CEA Regulations और Factories Act में Safety Induction की Minimum Duration निर्धारित नहीं है, लेकिन Industry Best Practice के अनुसार: Standard Induction — 4-8 घंटे (1 दिन), Hazardous Zone Workers के लिए — 2-3 दिन का Comprehensive Induction। Online Induction के बारे में: Online (E-Learning) Induction Supplementary Tool के रूप में उपयोगी है, लेकिन Field Walk-through (Site Visit) और Practical Demonstration अनिवार्य हैं। Online-only Induction पर्याप्त नहीं — कर्मचारी को Physical Assembly Point, Emergency Equipment Location खुद देखना और जानना होगा। COVID-19 के बाद Hybrid Model: Online Theory + In-person Practical, यह Best Practice बन गई है। Induction Test अनिवार्य — 70% से कम Score पर Induction नहीं मिलती।

TBT Record न होना Serious Legal Risk है। यदि Accident हो जाए और TBT Record नहीं है: (1) Employer/Contractor के खिलाफ Negligence का Case मजबूत हो जाता है — "सुरक्षा Training नहीं दी गई", (2) Workmen Compensation Claim में Employer की Liability बढ़ जाती है, (3) CEA Inspector या Factory Inspector को TBT Records Show न कर पाने पर Fine और Notice, (4) ISO 45001 Certification के लिए TBT Records अनिवार्य Evidence हैं। Solutions: (1) Digital TBT System — Mobile App से Attendance, (2) Pre-printed TBT Forms — Daily Fill करें, (3) WhatsApp पर TBT का Screenshot — Date Stamped, (4) Minimum Information: Date, Topic, Location, Workers List, Supervisor Sign। याद रखें: "जो लिखा नहीं वो हुआ नहीं।"
